Healthcare professionals: recommend one of our residences to someone in your care.

Your benefits

A kindness rewarded

The programme is reserved for healthcare professionals. It rewards the professional who recommends us as well as the future resident who discovers our residences.

For you, healthcare professional: EUR 100 or EUR 400 in gift vouchers

When the person you referred moves in: EUR 100 in gift vouchers for a temporary stay (31 to 99 days), EUR 400 for a permanent stay (100 days and over).

For the person you refer: EUR 100 or EUR 400 off their invoice

The future resident has EUR 100 deducted from their invoice for a temporary stay, and EUR 400 for a permanent stay, a warm welcome to start their new life with OBEO.

Couple signing the lease: EUR 500 in total for the referrer, and an extra EUR 100 deducted for the residents on a permanent stay.

How it works

I fill in the online form

It must be sent before the referred person’s first contact with OBEO Residences: that is what makes the referral valid.

I receive a confirmation

We contact the referred person, check that the referral is eligible and let you know by email.

I receive my gift voucher

Validation is confirmed by email after 32 days (temporary stay) or 92 days (permanent). The gift voucher follows within a month, by registered post.

The referral programme is reserved for healthcare professionals, doctors, social workers, nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and the like, acting as part of their work supporting patients. Private individuals (neighbours, friends, family) are not eligible, and the referrer may be neither the legal representative nor a first-degree descendant of the person referred. OBEO Residences employees may only refer someone they already knew personally, never a contact obtained through their work.

Programme open exclusively to healthcare professionals. The reward is due only once the person referred has actually moved in: EUR 100 for a temporary stay (31 to 99 days), EUR 400 for a permanent stay (100 days and over), no reward for a stay of 30 days or less. For a couple signing the lease: EUR 500 in total for the referrer. The referral is valid only if the form is received before the referred person’s first contact with OBEO Residences and if they are not already known to us.
